How to get started with pharmacy software?

Pharmacy software requirements

• Pharmacy have to be registered
• Electricity supply in the pharmacy
• PC / laptop in the pharmacy
• Internet connection (any slow internet is suitable )
• Barcode / QR-code scanner (optional for searching products by barcodes and online orders)

Pharmacy software registration

• Apply for pharmacy registration in the system. We will ask you to confirm ownership of the pharmacy and the location of the pharmacy
• Enter your initial stock. This step is the most challenging and requires 2-3 working days of manual work. As Intaila has an advanced product database, you cannot import files (Excel or CSV) from your current software.
• Start to sell in POS or Wholesale section.

Pharmacy software support

For each pharmacy, a separate group is created in one of the popular messengers (WhatsApp, etc.), in which all necessary communication regarding working with the software takes place.

New products

Sometimes the pharmacy has products on hand that are new to our database. In this case, we will ask you to send a photo of the product with information about the name, manufacturer, composition and number of blisters (sachets, ampoules) in the package. This is necessary to place correct information on the website and in the consumer's mobile application.
