What is sales?

Pharmacy retail sales encompass the sale of pharmaceutical products and related goods directly to consumers

Reviewing Sales

• Navigate to Point of sale > Sales.
• The sales list will display transactions for the current day.
• To find specific items, use the search bar to enter the item name or price.

Viewing past sales

• Use the calendar function to select the desired date. The sales list will update to display transactions from the chosen date.

Processing customer returns

• Locate the item to be returned within the sales list.
• Select the appropriate Return button based on the original payment method:
  • Cash Return: For cash transactions.
  • Card Return: For credit or debit card transactions.
  • Bank Transfer Return: For bank transfer transactions.
